Hello, a little story

 Since  2000 to 2003 you were accustomed to going on webite QSM homepage

(for infos DX and QSM) ; DXIOTAS (for the IOTAS) sites making by 16AT112 Thierry and other OM' S (sorry not wanting to shock anybody; in the event of forgets of anybody; we do not give the calls).

 In 2004 Thierry for various reasons has to give up the websites, it sought transferees, it found us, we are a band of OM' S which like the DX and to make share our pleasure. Become respectively; DXQSM and DXIOTAS, so that these sites function normally (without cuts in theory), we took a shelterer pro and domain names.

 They are grouped under the portal http://dxinfos.fr  On website DXQSM came a cluster that some use; then web sites came so that you have a maximum of infos (DXATLAS which passed in version 11 meters thanks to a OM of our team and with the author whom we let us thank in the passing) and thereafter WLOD_LOG in French version came to join the gate http://dxinfos.fr

 We hope that your are satisfied of the various sites, but like all good thing, that has a cost, indeed we pay the shelterer and the domain names. This cost is not negligible, it is of 200 €/Year (Look at the tariffs near the various shelterers), we do not count the hours that we pass on the sites so that you have up to date infos.

 We do not make alms but we seek a gesture of your share, we ask to you whether that is possible to make us a gift ( which will result in a free access on the whole of the sites managed by http://dxinfos.fr ), we are very numerous on the whole of the sites, a donation of 1 €/Year by user would be the welcome, if you are an  responsible( president , webmaster )  for a group, made a donation as have just done it group IAA; SG, federation ECBF  or if you recover the infos on DXQSM to put on another site, do not forget that while giving a little you will reward work for DXQSM

If you are webmaster of a group or a OM wishing to help DXQSM by giving in a regular way of infos DX (activations, logs, directory, audio, QSL' S), that will be regarded as a gift. 

The people who made a gift or the members of the givers groups will have a free access, on the whole of the website. 

Attention if you use DXQSM to inform, to put infos (which are not those of your group) on other sites, you will be excluded from DXQSM and the cluster without notice

 For information, when our accounts (entered - exit) will be equilibrate , we will make you sign and by advance, we thank you for your generosity and your infos Dx. 

Because without that the end of DXQSM and the peripheral sites will be close; now, it does not hold that has you so that the infos continue on this independent site. That will take effect the 01/01/2007.
